What happens when we don’t hug people for a while? In this episode, we will explore the science of hugs and why they are so important for our mental health. We will also explore ways in which we can continue to care for ourselves when hugs are not available - whether it’s because we are practicing social distancing, we feel uncomfortable hugging someone, or hugging just isn’t our thing.
