Oracle surpassed a $900 billion valuation — putting company founder Larry Ellison in a battle with Elon Musk for the title of world's wealthiest person. In a "First on CNBC" interview, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev joined the program from his company's "HOOD Summit" in Las Vegas.
