Sometimes, we might find ourselves at the junction of whether we should take the advice of a friend or family member, or trust our own instincts on a decision. And this often can be a frustrating and overwhelming thing for us, especially for the bigger decisions of our lives. Today on the podcast I want to dive in deep into the benefits of being curious about the opinions of others, while also balancing that our own opinions matter and at the end of the day, we’re the only ones who get to live with it, so it’s okay if others criticize and don’t understand it.
