Where have I been?

In this episode I Talk about navigating burnout and mental health amongst many other topics from grief to self discovery I talk about my heartbreak and back to back grieving while trying to navigate the many changes. I also talk reflection and forgiveness, finding my voice and creative outlets. I also talk about the power of saying F*ck it and letting your fears go. Thank you for tuning in.
