Jon Gruden won a victory in the Nevada Supreme Court, by a vote of 5-2 to not go to arbitration. The NFL is asking for a retrial. Will they get it, or will they appeal to the United States Supreme Court? Would the US Supreme Court hear this case, or will it end up as a jury trial? Things are getting very interesting for sure.
