Toronto musician Emily Steinwall grew up on classic rock, but her teenage years brought a new obsession: jazz saxophone. That passion led her to study under the legendary Juno Award-winning saxophonist Kirk MacDonald, who became a lifelong mentor to her. So years later, when it came time to record her latest album, Emily knew exactly who to call.
