On Sunday in Minnesota, Jalen Hurts went 19-23 for 326 yards and three touchdowns as the Philadelphia Eagles improved to 5-2 on the 2025 NFL season with a 28-22 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. DeVonta Smith caught a beautiful 79-yard touchdown pass that he, and not Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo might have called for. A.J. Brown had a season-high 121 yards, including two touchdowns and the game-sealing catch on the final drive. Is this now how the Philadelphia Eagles have to play, letting Hurts throw in a pass-heavy offense that is the opposite of the 2024 Eagles’ Super Bowl team? Jamie Lynch and Rich Hofmann discuss that and more on the PHLY Eagles podcast, while EJ Smith will join from the NovaCare Complex to provide updates from Nick Sirianni’s mid-week press conference and Eagles practice.
