I don't drink alcohol, and over the years, I've noticed that choosing not to drink alcohol often makes me seem like a bit of a countercultural weirdo in social situations.

In this episode, I'm sharing my personal history with alcohol, why I don't drink, and some of my observations about just how deeply drinking is woven into our culture. This isn't an anti-alcohol lecture, but rather a conversation about social expectations, questioning what's considered normal, and being willing to go against the grain.
