This concept was introduced to me by my friend Colin O’Brady, world record holding endurance athlete, mountaineer, and the first person to cross Antarctica solo and unsupported. Colin has lived through setbacks most of us can’t imagine, from nearly losing his life in a fire to clawing his way back to become a champion triathlete and record setter on some of the harshest terrain on Earth. Colin’s idea of the Possible Mindset is simple but powerful: focus on what is possible, not what isn’t. He breaks it into three pillars: clarity of purpose, belief in yourself, and relentless action. When you know your “why,” when you truly believe in your ability to win, and when you take consistent steps forward, no matter how small, you create momentum. And momentum changes everything. In this episode, I’ll share what I’ve learned from Colin and how I’ve applied this thinking in my own life and business. Stability isn’t a political talking point, it’s a leadership principle.
