A “Yes” vote on Massachusetts Ballot Question 2 would allow employees of the Committee for Public Counsel Services, the state agency that provides legal representation to people who cannot afford an attorney, to form a union and negotiate with the state over things like pay and working conditions. Dan spoke with Tom McKeever, President of SEIU Local 888, who will explain what a “Yes” vote could mean for CPCS employees and the people they serve.
