Now that Daylight Savings Time has ended, we’re experiencing less daylight and for many, that change brings about sadness or depressive episodes as a result. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, millions of adults experience Seasonal Affective Disorder (sometimes referred to as seasonal depression) in the United States.
