Furthermore, the Financial Conduct Authority has announced plans to launch a redress scheme for car buyers who believe they were mis-sold finance under Discretionary Commission Arrangements, dating back to 2007.   In this special pod, we’re joined by Jonathan Butler, the joint head of automotive at Geldard's, the national law firm, and legal counsel to the Vehicle Remarketing Association.
