Kyle Overmyer was once one of the youngest sheriffs in Ohio, a former narcotics officer who worked undercover, bought kilos of cocaine, and built a reputation for taking drug dealers off the streets.Then his own life began to unravel.What started with a legitimate prescription for painkillers turned into opioid addiction. Karly Cramer never set out to become a drug dealer. In 2009, she was a struggling single mom in Scottsdale, Arizona, trying to make ends meet when a friend introduced her to the world of marijuana delivery. What started as a small side hustle quickly grew. Karly went from nervously spending nearly everything she had on her first six pounds of weed to supplying other delivery services and moving far more product than she ever imagined.
