In this episode we introduce the idea of Intentional Humaning from our perspective. We believe that being human is an art form and that we have the ability to human on purpose once we intend to be who we are rather than who we've been programmed to be. Intentional Humaning is a framework that allows us to rediscover our truths and practice being human in our everyday lives.
