This week on the Mark Levin Show, the isolationists, Democrats, and foreign influences are to blame for undermining stronger action in Iran - concerns over rising gas prices have been used politically to discourage military efforts. Wars must be finished decisively to avoid endless conflict or defeat; economic measures alone cannot contain the regime. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Gallup has a screaming headline that over 40% of Americans support socialism -- first time ever! This is entirely misleading. How do we know Gallup polled only Americans, meaning American citizens?  What does Gallup mean by Americans? There are an awful lot of people in our country (America) who are from the Third World or socialist regimes, some here legally and others illegally. There’s no verification of party identity either. Even an alien who cannot or does not vote can identify with a party. So, were those questions asked if there were actually Americans -- that is, American citizens?  Otherwise, the impression Gallup is leaving is that more actual Americans support socialism than a true sampling would find.  And we've had a record number of migrants pour into our country under Biden and the Democrats before President Trump put an end to it. Also, the New York Times and other media outlets are acting as propaganda organizations and attempting to influence Israeli elections by reviving allegations that Benjamin Netanyahu received advance warnings about the October 7 Hamas attack. Haven’t we been thru this before? The reports rely on anonymous sources, lack specific details, have been denied by the UAE and Netanyahu, and are part of a repeated effort to damage Netanyahu politically despite his leadership and recent speech at the United Nations. Later, President Trump is cancelling $810 million in federal funds for programs related to illegal immigrants, race-focused initiatives, and other grants through a pocket rescission process. Trump’s actions are legal, constitutional, and fiscally conservative. Many federal programs and outside organizations receive unnecessary funding; unspent government money is often rushed out before the fiscal year ends, and Trump is uniquely willing to confront both fiscal and cultural issues that other leaders avoid. Finally, Mark Joseph calls in to discuss the re-release his movie – Reagan, which includes 10 minutes of previously cut scenes that he was able to restore. He highlighted several new moments in the movie, including stories about Ronald Reagan, and said the film took 20 years to make despite numerous obstacles, including the left’s banking and social media restrictions that affected promotion efforts. District Judge Kelly that granted CNN, MS NOW, Politico, and three reporters a temporary restraining order restoring their deactivated White House hard passes after President Trump announced that he was immediately banning those organizations. The court incorrectly treated White House press passes as a constitutional “liberty interest” protected by Fifth Amendment due process rights, requiring notice, hearings, and formal standards before passes could be revoked. These rights are not found in the Constitution; access to the White House is not a constitutional freedom, and the executive branch should have broad authority to determine who receives access, particularly when national security concerns are cited. Afterward, Professor Jeffrey Lax calls in and explains that anti-Semitic incidents have risen significantly across the United States over the past several years, including in workplaces, universities, public institutions, K-12 schools, and everyday life. Jewish individuals have faced harassment, exclusion, hostile environments, and retaliation, often under the guise of opposition to “Zionism,” and proposes a five-point plan focused on fighting anti-Semitism through the courts and achieving legal victories. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Communist China is the United States’ primary enemy. Xi Jinping is a mass murderer who seeks to defeat America economically, geographically, and militarily. China has attacked U.S. computer systems, stolen technology, interfered in American affairs, supported violent unrest, provided intelligence to Iran that was used in attacks resulting in American deaths, and is rapidly expanding its military to intimidate the United States.  Turning to Iran, early military action against the regime was highly effective but efforts were weakened by pauses for negotiations. Both communism and Islamism are long-term ideological threats that cannot be contained through agreements alone. They're playing the long game, waiting for Trump to leave office and Democrats to come in, and our children will be left holding the bag. Meanwhile, the eldest son of Israeli Ambassador to the United States Yechiel Leiter, was killed in Gaza early on in the war. Now his other son is on life support after suffering severe brain damage in a vehicle attack. Israeli families are deeply affected by the ongoing violence. Later, this is a tough election cycle, and it always was going to be a tough election cycle. Rather than starting post-election doomer finger-pointing and positioning oneself as if a sage when seeing the obvious, 6-weeks before the actual election, how about we put our minds, and resources, and efforts toward fighting as hard as we can given all that is at stake.  You can be concerned and say-so but stop dispiriting voters before they vote. You could be creating a self-fulfilling outcome. Shove the predictions. Let's get going! Afterward, the claim that the First Amendment guarantees White House press access has some serious hurdles. Who qualifies for credentials, who decides, and by what standard? With countless new media outlets, granting access to some while denying others is hard to justify, yet granting access to all is impossible. Any judge who equates access with press freedom will have to explain where those lines are drawn and why they make sense. Finally, Rep Randy Fine calls in and condemns the Iranian president’s UN speech as cocky and unacceptable, arguing the United States should not host terrorists. Fine called the claim that every Hamas fighter killed in Gaza was a civilian disgusting, said the UN embraces such rhetoric, and opposed U.S. tax dollars funding the body; he would rather it meet in Geneva and leave American soil. Meanwhile, with the midterm elections only six weeks away, Republicans should remain focused on drawing clear contrasts with Democrats rather than pursuing independent political paths. Republicans should emphasize conservative values and the administration’s economic accomplishments, not RINO's. If the Democrats take the midterms, Zohran Mamdani and others will be sabotaging the president, his cabinet, and Republicans as aggressively and viciously as possible. Mixed signals are being sent at a time when stark contrasts, and absolute clarity is needed both to win the midterms and push back against this radical revolution. Later,  Trump was right to ban Politico from the White House. Politico's Adam Wren wrote a disgusting hit piece on Mark's stepson David. David did not "solicit cash gifts from Israeli citizens to celebrate his upcoming wedding."  This has to be the most appalling and dishonest story of all. Wren knows exactly what he's doing, and he's doing it to one of the most honorable and decent people who has more integrity in his pinky than Wren will ever have. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. The mainstream media has turned on President Trump after he banned CNN, POLITICO, and MS NOW from the White House. The View accuses Trump of being a dictator, never mind that Obama tried to ban FOX and Democrats have banned conservatives for decades. All Trump is saying is these outlets can write what they want, but they don't have the right to access the White House. Trump is tired of the Fake News. The media is, for all intents and purposes, Democratic state sponsored media. However, Trump should play the long game. What happens when Democrats get into office? Or the next Republican? We either have a First Amendment, or we don't. We either have a free press, or we don't. As loathsome as the mainstream media is, we must be careful about restricting media outlets because we don't like what they write. Also, if you're in doubt about what Democrats will do if they win the midterms, they're not even trying to hide their agenda. They're saying they will weaponize the government and impeach not only Trump, but Cabinet secretaries and others in his inner circle. Thomas Massie has already tried to impeach Pete Hegseth. Others, like Kristi Noem, were fired before they could be impeached. No surprise: Democrats have been saying these things since Trump's first term. The difference now is they are telling people to not even think about working for Trump in the first place. For the midterm election, the pitch is clear: vote for us and we'll lock them up. Finally, the Democratic party is dead and is now made up of communists and Marxists, aka Democratic Socialists. Their agenda is to destroy this country, our democracy and unleash lawlessness. The DSAs  want to eliminate the Presidency, Electoral College, SCOTUS, prisons, borders and law enforcement. They're saying all this openly. Democratic Socialists are telling you exactly who they are. Believe them. Add this to their threat to punish anyone who supports the President and the message is clear: be afraid. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Declaration of Independence is the clearest statement of America’s founding principles. The United States was uniquely founded on a fusion of Judeo-Christian values and Enlightenment principles, combining faith, morality, reason, and natural rights while rejecting theocracy. America’s founding principles allow individuals to hold diverse beliefs, including atheism and agnosticism, while preserving freedom of thought and religion. Islamism and Marxism are incompatible with American founding ideals because they reject natural law, natural rights, and the reasoning embodied in the Declaration of Independence. Remember all the fearmongering over things like DDT, e-oli, gas lawn mowers, and masks during COVID? Remember when climate change was supposed to cause sea levels to rise? There's a new fearmongering op over AI and data centers, driven by the Communist Chinese and their Democrat cheerleaders like Bernie Sanders. All the lies about data centers -- they use too much water, will cause electricity costs to go up, will kill jobs -- have all been proven false. But Barack Obama and others want to either kill this new industry or want the government to take it over. Bernie Sanders even said AI is more dangerous than nukes! Don't be a sucker. Don't give in to fearmongering. We need this new technology, and America must win the AI race. Republicans have abandoned their focus on affordability and instead shifted their attention to opposing or regulating data centers; they're chasing the latest political issue rather than addressing real concerns. Republicans are allowing Democrats and the media to shape their agenda, affordability remains a major problem and should be a priority. Groundbreaking developments should be left free from government interference because bureaucrats and politicians lack the expertise to direct innovation. Calls for greater regulation are driven by a desire for power and control rather than practical solutions. We need deregulation, limited government involvement, and allowing innovation and technological development to proceed with minimal restrictions. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, there are seven Democratic Jewish Senators, including Chuck Schumer and John Ossoff who embrace Jew hatred and antisemitism, putting party and political interests ahead of what is moral and right. It's simple: Jew haters are America haters. In the face of the grave threat to Jews both here and around the world, these Jewish Senators side with Islamists and Marxists like Abdul El-Sayed and Hasan Piker. The difference between Democrats and Republicans is the Democrats embrace antisemitism while the GOP rejects it. Most Republicans have disavowed the Woke Reich antisemites like Tucker Carlson. These Senate Jews think they can make common cause with Islamists? They are disgusting. Later, President Trump’s decision to remove outlets such as Politico, CNN, and MSNBC from the White House is criticized as authoritarian, but historical context, as documented in "Unfreedom of the Press',  is important when making such judgments. FDR, who is admired by much of the modern media, the Democratic Party, and historians, was actually the most authoritarian president in American history. Take Hasan Piker: born here, raised in Turkey where he was radicalized, and thanks to the Supreme Court, returned here as a citizen. Democrats might be keeping Piker at arm's length, but he is the face of the party. Democrats have embraced radical Islamism and Marxism just like they embraced slavery and segregation in the past. Islamism and Marxism are incompatible with the Judeo-Christian values of America and the Constitution. Most outrageously, Piker says, pound-for-pound, America causes more terrorism than Al-Qaeda. America is turning into Europe, which is dead and doesn't have the will to survive. Later, Bruce Blakeman calls in with an update on the NY Gubernatorial race. Blakeman says that his campaign is in a statistical dead heat, with polling showing him only 3.9% behind in a blue state. New York is facing economic decline, with population, business, and job losses, and warns that continued leadership by Kathy Hochul and Zohran Mamdani would further harm the state. Voters are increasingly recognizing the need for change and policies focused on job creation, economic growth, tax and regulation cuts, lower utility costs, and restoring law and order. Also, many members of Congress lack expertise in AI and data centers yet seek to regulate them. AI development is a competitive race that the United States must win. Any regulation would hinder innovation while allowing other countries to advance. If these doomer-Luddite politicians have their way, the new medicines and technologies resulting from AI data centers that are going to save lives, improve the quality of life, and increase the standard of living for untold numbers of people, would not happen.  They are literally trying to cripple these industries and these businesses, and they are also actively helping the Communist Chinese leapfrog our companies and our country.  Afterward, if the Democrats had their way, they would remove President Trump, Secretary of War Hegseth and Secretary of Education McMahon via impeachment.
