Marissa's Volleyball Podcast Episode 4 Day 1 of my tournament.

Today was my last day of high school and this episode talks about all the obstacles I overcame as a senior in high school. The past 4 years I learned a lot of good things I will take with me in everyday life. I appreciate all of my seniors and Congratulations I hope you guys enjoy this episode. 

This episode is about having the drive and motivation to do things in life to me this means using goal structures and being organized is key. This episode was my most favorite to record because I loved being able to talk a lot about things I have learned as an athlete and as a person to doing well with my goals. This episode is about showing kindness to people in everyday in life. The things I talk about in this episode is how to be kind to others and show kindness to other people everyday in life. My main goal with this episode is to share the message on how to show kindness to people during these rough times in the world right now. The goals in the episode I hope to share these things with you guys on why showing kindness is awesome and how it can show a persons character in general in a good way and the good in a person. This episode is about showing gratitude and ways to show it in everyday in life. The ways of showing gratitude and the ways I have learned to show it everyday in life and learning about showing people in everyday life like people I am around like teachers, coaches and other adults in my life.  The point of this podcast episode is to encourage people to show gratitude everyday in life and to show appreciation to people by helping out or doing a simple act of kindness and going out of your way to help someone in need or to show kindness.

This episode is about showing appreciation to people you love on a daily basis and I have learned so many things about appreciation in my life as a person. Showing appreciation to friends family a teacher or a coach really could mean a lot to them.

This year has been a huge challenge on people in high school and in sports. This podcast is about how I am seeing a lot of positive and negative things going on.

This episode is about how I have overcame many insecurities with Volleyball and some things in life in general. I have had to go through some tough insecurities like most people have and it really shows by digging deep and finding the good in life everyday. 

This episode is about all of my insecurities with food and my body as a volleyball player and how I overcame it. The things I have learned is how to eat food without earning it through a workout and how I have learned to love food as well as my body. I also talk about how the things I faced changed me as a volleyball player in general with my mindset to loving my body the way it is and loving food a lot more as well.

The episode today is about how Day 2 of my tournament went in California and some things I learned this weekend as a volleyball player and the pros and cons of how I played today.
