Guest Daryl Lang is a runner of marathons, a recently-published author, and so much more. Experience the highs and lows of racing with and without guides in this episode, which we promise is about so much more than running. We describe the worst ball pit ever, a low vision moment within a low vision moment, and when it’s appropriate to tell us to go a little deeper into the woods.
