Sunday October 4th 1987 the body of Alice Hawkes is found on the floor in her spring street apartment in Westbrook Me. Despite conflicting stories and what can be described as bizarre behavior by her boyfriend Stephen Bouchard in the days after the murder, police refuse to name a suspect in Alice’s murder. What they do say is this; they believe Alice knew and trusted her killer and they have a good idea of the killers identity. Stephen stopped all contact with police and Alice’s family shortly after the murder, Alice’s mother even sent a letter pleading with Stephen to sit down and answer questions she had. He never responded. Today we speak to Rosemary Driggers and Michael Hawkes; Alice’s siblings. Joining us is also investigative researcher Mark Swett who has volunteered to help the family get the justice they need and the answer to the question “Who Killed Alice Hawkes?”
