
Gary Siders Sr., 73, will return to a Vinton County courtroom this week as results of a mental competency evaluation will be discussed in his child endangering case. The hearing comes as Ohio's governor has announced a review of the Siders case to determine what went wrong in the system that allowed 16 children to be "hidden" for years.
