Brooks HQ Visit

got some new electrolyte produts to try. some are of the Eat Me variety. Others as Drink Me. but by the end, I get pretty wired

I'm struggling with the heat. Also, some unboxings today from Mizuno and Reebok

I visited Brooks HQ and held Des Linden's Boston Marathon winning shoe (I probably was not supposed to do that)Also, a rant about sport journalism and Grand Slam Track

ran the first to fast 5k, but the race seemed a bit short. we take to strava to look into it further

getting ready to take my daughter to her first State track meet (it's my first time ever attending a State track meet, too!)

had a big weekend of running for each of my daughters

Got some surprise packages and added a lot of new shoes to the shoe weights sheet

getting back into a somewhat normal routine. tasting the last of my Japanese snacks. and unboxing something I don't normally review

I unbox a new Diadora shoe, which starts me on a meandering about running shoes, run inspired casual shoes, and luxury shoes that can actually be run in.
