Hour 2: MLB Insider ESPN Jesse Rogers joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the White Sox, Cubs and the latest MLB storylines.   Kap & J. Hood discussed If the Bears move to Indiana, knowing George Halas wanted them to move to Arlington Heights in 1974, does legacy matter?  

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed the new digs, the journeys at ESPN 1000 and the new offices and studios.  USA Hockey took Gold at the Winter Olympics, the stakes of international competition just feel so high, especially a game like that going to overtime in what has become a terrific rivalry. Is international competition the best format in sports? It feels rare to see effort at that level when it isn't playing for your country.
