Eccentric Exercise: Better Results with Less Effort. Leyla Muedin, a registered dietitian nutritionist, discusses eccentric exercise and research suggesting it may deliver better results than strenuous workouts that cause muscle damage and delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
