Results   Peyton Craig runs 3rd all-time fastest 800m of 1:44.12 at the On Track Nights in Vienna, Austria with Joseph Deng 1:46.41, while Jenny Blundell 14:59.84 5000m for the 7th fastest of all time, with Holly Campbell running 15:09.92, Maudie Skyring in 15:16.56, Leanne Pompeani in 15:22.95, Paige Campbell in 15:42.23 and Olga Firsova 16:15.29. Bendere Oboya ran a lifetime best 1:58.56 in the 800m, with Claudia Hollingsworth running 2:00.02 and Jaylah Hancock-Cameron in 2:02.03. In the Men’s 5000m, Ky Robinson ran 13:22.81 and Jackson Sharp 13:25.87. On Track Nights Vienna Results   Ben Buckingham posted an 8:21.34 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Finland. Catriona Bisset ran 2:00.61 and Claudia Hollingsworth a 2:01.36 in the 800m while Adam Spencer set a 3:43.55 in the 1500m. Results via World Athletics   Bendere Oboya runs 600m National Record of 1:24.53 in Bilbao Spain while Matt Clarke ran personal best of 8:20.06 in the 3000m Steeplechase. Results via World Athletics   Linden Hall ran 3:58.96 in the 1500m in Bydgoszcz, Poland coming second, ahead of Sarah Billings in 4:00.45 and Abbey Caldwell in 4:05.45. Cameron Myers ran 3:38.55 in his 1500m. Results via World Athletics   NSW XC Championships held at Willandra won by Ed Goddard in 31:47 over 10km, ahead Luke Hince and Ben St Lawrence. Stewy McSweyn also won his 1500m race posting a season best time of 3:35.44, while Ky Robinson ran a personal best 13:15.61 in the 5000m, with Sebastian Frey in 13:20.65 and Dave McNeill running 14:27.82 Results   Abbey Caldwell won the 800m in 1:59.79 at Meeting Nikaia, France. Brad eases back after his half marathon win last week. Brady needs another gear as a parent helper at his son’s Kindergarten.   Haftu Strintzos pops onto the show for a brief chat about taking out the 10000m Oceania Athletic Championships in Fiji, as well as his time racing and studying in the NCAA with Villanova University and his long-term relationship with coach Craig Mottram.   Haftu Strintzos won the Oceania Athletic Champs 10000m final in 29:17.97 with Andre Waring second and Joshua Phillips third. Dave McNeill won the 5000m in 14:02.23, with Haftu second in 14:08.03. Jenny Blundell won the 5000m in 15:26.29, with Holly Campbell second in 15:31.88 and Maudie Skyring third in 15:49.39. Amy Cashin won the 3000m Steeplechase in 9:41.54, Cara Feain-Ryan and Stella Radford making it a clean sweep on the podium. It was a similar story on the men’s side, with Matt Clarke taking the 3000m Steeplechase title in 8:31.00, with Ben Buckingham and Ed Trippas taking the respective medals. Carley Thomas won silver in the women’s 800m, while Peyton Craig edged out Luke Boyes in the Men’s 800m with Jack Lunn taking the bronze. Oceania Athletics Championships Results   Ky Robinson placed third in the NCAA Outdoor Championships 5000m final, running 13:27.79 behind winner Nico Young and Parker Wolfe. Adam Spencer scored silver in the Men’s Mile 4:01.92 behind winner Luke Houser, while Hayley Kitching ran 2:02.16 in the 800m Final. NCAA Track and Field Championships Results   European Championships featured Jakob Ingebrigsten cruising to victory in the 5000m. Yemen Crippa for Italy won the Half Marathon, while Karoline Grøvdal of Norway won gold in the half marathon as well as silver in the 5000m. Official Results   Sifan Hassan won the 5000m Portland Track Festival in 14:43.85 then doubled in the 1500m, while Lauren Ryan ran 14:59.99 and Nat Rule a 15:03.48. Sam McEntee ran the 5000m in 13:29.21. Results via World Athletics   Jake Wightman held off the field to win the 1500m at the NYC Grand Prix in 3:34.01 with Jesse Hunt coming in 3:36.17. Peter Bol ran 1:48.41 in the 800m. Results   Rhonex Kipruto of Kenya has been banned for six years for doping violations, found within anomalies of biological passport. The findings strip him of his results dating as far back as 2018, which include his 10k Road World Record set in Valencia 2020. 344: Oslo & Stockholm Diamond Leagues | Launceston Running Festival | Olympic Marathon Team Announcement    Brad makes a triumphant return to racing taking the win at the Wollongong Half Marathon. Julian chases vert and gets out running with the pram. Brady goes through his paces before a hit out at the Lakeside 10.   Georgia Griffith set a new 3000m National Record of 8:24.20 in her second ever race in the distance, taking the win at the Bislett Games Oslo Diamond League over Likina Amebaw of Ethiopia. Jess Hull placed third in 8:25.82, Rose Davies ran a personal best of 8:35.57, while Lauren Ryan ran 8:42.63. Catriona Bisset closed strongly to claim third place in the 800m with 1:59.29. Oli Hoare solidified his form in the 1500m with a 3:31.08 while Stewy McSweyn 3:38.22 after taking a midrace stumble. Jakob Ingebrigsten took out the race in front of the home crowd in a World Leading 3:29.74, diving across the line in a close finish against the returning Timothy Cheruiyot. Hagos Gebrhiwet broke the Ethiopian National Record in the 5000m in 12:36.73 for the second fastest of all time, ahead of countryman Yomif Kejelcha and with a total of 6 new national records set in that race. Oslo Diamond League Results   Georgia Griffith kept the momentum going with a 3:59.17 to place third in the Stockholm Diamond League 1500m with Laura Muir taking the win in 3:57.99. Linden Hall ran 4:01.01 and Sarah Billings ran 4:10.21. Stewy McSweyn picked up a 7:36.78 in the 3000m, won by Narve Nordas of Norway in 7:33.49. Stockholm Diamond League Results   Launceston Running Festival 10k Isaac Heyne 28:34 just seeing off runner-up Ed Marks at the line, with Seth o’Donnell in third spot. Gen Gregson won the 10km race in 32:03 ahead of Eloise Wellings and Ella Higgins. Brett Robinson won the Half Marathon in 1:03:12 ahead of Liam Adams and Riley Cocks. Sinead Diver was the winner of the half marathon in 1:12:10 followed by Abigail Nordberg and Milly Clark. Launceston Running Festival Results   Canadian Olympian Andrea Seccafien wins Lakeside 10 for Box Hill, ahead of teammate Lissy Duncan and Sarah Klein for Frankston.
