According to Italian news agency, ANSA, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni revealed on Tuesday during a debate at the Italian Senate that, following Israel’s invasion of Gaza in October last year, “the government immediately suspended all new export licences, and all agreements signed after October 7th were not implemented”. Democratic governors were in control of Montana for 16 years prior to Greg Gianforte winning in 2020. Gianforte is seeking another four years for the Republicans, but Democrats are pushing for change. Ryan Busse is running for the position with his Lt. Governor, Raph Graybill. A group that has labeled Vice President Harris a "pro-genocide candidate" has endorsed third-party presidential candidate Jill Stein in the 2024 contest. President Vladimir Putin warned the West on Wednesday that Russia could use nuclear weapons if it was struck with conventional missiles, and that Moscow would consider any assault on it supported by a nuclear power to be a joint attack. The decision to change Russia's official nuclear doctrine is the Kremlin's answer to deliberations in the United States and Britain about whether or not to give Ukraine permission to fire conventional Western missiles into Russia. The Walt Disney Company refused to allow employees at its theme parks and resorts near Orlando, Fla., to go home early in the hours leading up to Hurricane Milton’s arrival, according to employees. Four people who work in the various parks at Disney World told Business Insider that their bosses refused to cancel work even as weather conditions deteriorated on Wednesday. Workers told the publication that they were expected to remain on hand while and after the parks were shut down in order to help batten down the hatches — a move that had employees feeling unsafe, according to Business Insider. Urban campers will find themselves with a strict new set of rules to abide by in the city of Bozeman in the coming months. Going forward, the commission is expected to formally adopt ordinance 2172, which sets an expiration date on urban camping in the city, and until then gives the city manager full authority to move campers to wherever he sees fit and creates a permit system that includes $25 per month fees. Permits would be granted for up to 30 days, with renewals considered on a case-by-case basis. The ordinance criminalizes urban camping in Bozeman on Nov. 1, 2025.
