Chapter 34, a recap of what I've learnt so far.

In this episode I share my take on several topics but I end with the knowledge that we're the ones who could remove ourselves from dark spaces. Others can serve as inspiration but its an internal work that can only be done by Self.

Healing isn't linear, I share a recent experience that forced me to go within and realize how much the past continuously replays until we address it. Acceptance has been a necessary step in reclaiming back control of my life.

I did some self reflection and realize my current experience was just a trigger to invoking a feeling that has always been there following me like a shadow, this feeling was old, from an experienced compartmentalized by my brain, I was still living in the past.
