Before You Judge… Listen to This.

Perimenopause and menopause can feel confusing, overwhelming, and sometimes even isolating. In this episode of B Like U, I open up about my personal journey through the last four years of hormonal changes — from emotional outbursts and brain fog to night sweats and unexpected shifts in how I feel in my own body.   After sharing a recent post on social media, I was surprised by how many women reached out asking for guidance and support. Whether it’s your relationship that's in turmoil, financial pressure, lack of health or problems in your job, negative situations arise because of lack of gratitude over a long period of time . If we are not grateful for each thing in our lives we are unintentionally taking things for granted. Taking things for granted is major cause of negativity.  Because when we take things for granted, we are not giving thanks in return.
