- Something that you love unconditionally, like a pet, helps you move through difficult emotions and allow healing.
- Having connections and people you can lean on is another way to deal with low emotions.
- Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork are all ways to help you get through the lows of life.
- Exercise is not just about physical strength. It helps you go through all the feelings.
