Green vs Blue-green algae

 Hooo boy did I get blowback on my praise of algae. Thank you to my listeners!!! You made me want to do a deeper dive and, as always, too much of a good thing turns into a bad thing.

On a walk along the local river with my neighbor she commented on how awful the algae looked. So that got me wading in to see what it does for our waterways!
