How many "shoulds" are in your life that SHOULD NOT BE THERE?
You know what I mean...
You SHOULD work out for 60 minutes every day.
You SHOULD be married by age 30.
You SHOULD love being at home with your kids.
You SHOULD meditate every day.
(OK - that last one is mine.)
"Shoulds" don't work for us. They keep us stuck. They leave us frustrated. And they keep us from being our authentic selves.
It is time you "Be who you came to be."
