Marvin Somodio

Marvin Somodio is a professional boxing trainer from the world-renowned  Wild Card Gym in Hollywood, CA. He made his mark as the assistant trainer alongside HOF Coach Freddie Roach, being in the corner of boxing all-time greats: Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto, Brian Villoria, Russlan Providnikov, and Victor Postal, to name a few. He also has a stable of fighters,  including WBA Welterweight Champion Emantas Stanionis, Former WBC Featherweight Champ Mark Magsayo, and Undefeated Umar JamDzambekov.This episode delves into Marvin's early upbringing in the Philippines, his journey of overcoming loss, and how he seized the opportunity to work with his heroes.
