Chef Bleu Adams is a proud member of the Navajo Nation. She is described as an economic scholar and serial entrepreneur who is grounded by her indigenous resilience and dares to raise her voice against social injustice and inequity experienced by tribal nations in the Americas (particularly North America). As Director of Indigehub, she is working to provide multi-layered resources to aid tribal folks in business education, sustainability (both land and food heritage) and teach the next generation to respect our time here and give reflection to what we will leave behind. Make sure you listen for her new tasty creation "Southwestern Deviled Eggs!" There's so much to learn through this window of conversation, sit back and let her transparency plant a seed for change in you!
