Melissa and Julie chat a bit about what it means to us when a patient t reports 10/10 pain but is busy on their phone. Susan and Mark spark rumours after being spotted on the train together, Peter is let go from the study with Dr. V and Peter makes a big decision about whether or not to report Dr. V, Carter acts like a complete jerk (what the heck Carter?) and we see Jeanie get some fantastic professional redemption and it’s Dougs birthday, which he has a hard time acknowledging. This week we see Mark continuing with the O’Brien case and learns that the hospital wants to settle while he does not, and at the same time struggles with insecurities in his practice when a patient dies in his care. Peter enters into a study with Dr. V, which will be a great opportunity for him, Carter takes credit for a diagnosis Harper made and Susan snaps at Kerry for breathing down her neck all day in the department.
