Relaxation Tapping.

If you have trouble getting to sleep or you wake up in the middle of the night and can not get back to sleep, its okay.  The best thing is to NOT tell yourself you need to go back to sleep.  Use your tapping skills to help you allow your body and mind to relax, even if you do not fall  back to sleep immediately, it will help you get into a meditative state.  This has proven to be as beneficial as sleeping for most people.  Above all, trust that your body will take care of you and that you are right where you should be.  Take care - Heather
