Everyone is always talking about what you have to give up, what changes you have to make, & all the sacrifices that are required to lose weight and get healthy. So much to the point where people don't even want to try anything AT ALL?

But what about the things that you enjoy that you can actually KEEP doing and still see great progress? So much of weight loss advice is focused on the "bad" and "hard" side of it & don't get me wrong it is a challenge, BUT ask anyone who's worked with me: I always do my best to change as little of my client's life as possible while still taking the necessary steps to get results. And I will continue to preach this reality: weight loss doesn't mean sucking you out of all things that bring you joy, even if that thing is considered "bad".
