D4vd's family is fighting grand jury subpoenas related to the death of teen Celest Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in his, David Anthony Burke's abandoned Tesla.
D4vd's mother, father, and brother were subpoenaed, and now they claim their rights are being violated. The case is being investigated in California. The Burke family lives in Texas.
The matter will be taken up during another hearing on Febuary 24.
