Fraser Bohm, of Malibu, hires  Alan Jackson, the high-profile celebrity attorney, recently making top headlines for securing a not-guilty verdict in what turned out to be one of Massachusetts most controversial murder trials. Fraser Bohm, man accused of crashing a speeding car into four Pepperdine University sorority sisters, who were just walking along Pacific Coast Highway before being mowed down, pleads not guilty in the deaths of all four sorority sisters.  Alan Jackson, making many recent headlines for the acquittal in the very high-profile trial of Karen Read, Jackson also represented actor Kevin Spacey in a sexual assault case, he's a former member of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he and his team successfully prosecuted music mogul and Phil Spector for the murder of actress and model Lana Clarkson. Sean 'Diddy' Combs and his attorney continue to talk about plans for a big comeback when the disgraced rapper gets out of jail, but who knows when that will be? Diddy will be sentenced on two felony convictions in early October.For now, he claims he's facing grim conditions with 'maggot-infested' meals behind bars at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn. Diddy's lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, writes a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, making several claims about MDC and requesting his client be released until sentencing.  Combs' ex-girlfriend Gina Huynh, who went MIA during the trial, refusing to testify, now praises Combs and says she forgave 'the man I once loved':'Free Diddy.' Huynh, a model and influencer, dated Combs from 2014 to 2019 and spoke publicly about the physical and emotional abuse she endured at the hands of Combs. Bryan Kohberger complains inmates are harassing him through vents in the prison. He was moved to solitary confinement, according to the Idaho Department of Corrections, housed in restrictive housing of the J Block in the Idaho Maximum Security Institution. Inmates live in single-person cells, provided a shower every other day and allowed one hour of outdoor recreation daily, according to IDOC.  As more evidence is release, we see more than 200 crime scene photos and videos which  show how Kohberger prepared and the brutality of the murders. One photo show a blurred,  bloodY bed. Jodi Arias stabs her boyfriend, Travis Alexander, 28 times, shoots him and leaves him to die in a shower. The Connecticut River Valley serial killer is believed to be responsible for a string of brutal murders that occurred between 1978 and 1988 across the wooded border region of New Hampshire and Vermont. The killer targeted at least seven women, many of whom were young and found stabbed to death in remote areas.   In this episode of Zone 7, Crime Scene Investigator, Sheryl McCollum sits down with Jane Boroski, the only known survivor of the Connecticut River Valley serial killer. Two people were shot on the set of Alec Baldwin's movie Rust. Director of photography Halyna Hutchins died, and director Joel Souza was wounded. Reports say first assistant director David Halls picked up one of three prop guns set up by armorer Hannah Gutierrez and yelled, “cold gun.” "Cold gun" is industry slang meaning the gun does not contain live rounds. Halls gave the gun to Baldwin, who used it to rehearse a scene. According to the search warrant, Baldwin aimed the weapon at the camera when he fired, striking Hutchins and Souza. Reports suggest crew members used the weapon for target practice earlier that morning. A judge dismissed charges against Baldwin, and the actor sued.
