Mike Lefko and Brady Henderson discuss whether or not the Seahawks have the best defense in the NFL and what other teams are also in the running for that title. They also dive into the need for a complete game from Sam Darnold on Sunday against the Colts and highlight what his last few games have looked like. They end the hour with a game of Buy Or Sell featuring a variety of football topics.

Mike Lefko and Brady Henderson of ESPN dive into the crazy story of the Seahawks getting set to face 44 year-old Phillip Rivers on Sunday and what it could look like on the field. They then bring on ESPN Colts reporter Stephen Holder to preview Sunday's game and get his insight on Phillip Rivers, Anthony Richardson and much more. Lefko then asks Brady three football questions for Blue 88.

Mike Lefko, filling in for Brock and Salk, opens the show by discussing the Thursday Night Football game between the Buccaneers and Falcons, and specifically the colorful postgame sound from Todd Bowles. Then, they re-air their conversation with Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network to discuss the Seahawks, Phillip Rivers and plenty more.

We hear what's on your mind as we check our voicemail in Here's the Thing. Then, we debate whether the Seahawks are the best defense in the NFL and what they do that other teams can't. Plus, Maura anwers your fantasy football questions.

The hour starts with a delayed Blue 88 in which Brock dives in on Phillip Rivers, Rylie Mills and Jedd Fisch. Later, Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network joins the show for his weekly appearance and analyzes all things Seahawks, where they rank among the best defenses in the NFL, playing Phillip Rivers and the Colts this week, along with plenty more.

Brock and Salk debate if there is any pressure on the Seahawks as they are 10-3 gear up for the final four games of their regular season. Afterwards, they host an on-air contest with two show listeners to try and win Seahawks tickets for the Rams game. The game being titled "Is Lyle Smarter Than A 5th Grader".

The MLB Winter Meetings concluded and Salk asked Lyle about his entire experience there after just getting back. Then, they re-air their conversation with Brian Nemhauser (aka Hawkblogger) to discuss all things Seahawks. Salk also discusses further about where the second base market stands for the Mariners and is still intrigued by trading for Ketel Marte.

Brock and Salk talk about 44-year-old Phillip Rivers joining the Colts for their upcoming game against the Seahawks and they debate who that rather the Hawks play against, Old-man Rivers or rookie Riley Leonard. They talk about how the Mariners could get a deal done with the Diamondbacks for Ketel Marte, celebrate Jerry Dipoto for winning MLB Executive of the year, and more in Need To Know. And Tom and Joey from The Outdoor Line joins the show to talk more about the KIRO Radio Holiday Magic Telethon get some Seahawks takes off their chests.
