We had a great conversation with Buna McCreery-Njie.  He was not a sports kid - unless you count roller hockey, and gymnastics.

What actually made him stick with theatre was getting handed a sheet of colleges at 12 and realizing - oh, this can be a real career.
Before that, He just knew he loved performing.

It felt like a safe space when life at school was messy, and that mattered more than being “good” at sports.

Honestly, the biggest shift was when someone finally showed him the route in.  Sometimes that’s all it takes - one person, one paper, one moment that makes your whole future click.
