I'll be talking about task completion distress in this episode. I begin by explaining what task completion distress is and why it's difficult to manage because, in my view, you probably don't know about it unless you personally have autism. Additionally, because I discuss the distinction between task completion discomfort and simple laziness, I stand up for those who experience it. I additionally addresses how the worst environment for task completion distress is the workplace. I also explain how a person with autism may experience task completion discomfort when making decisions. I will also go over the long-term effects of task completion distress that individuals with autism must deal with. Not only that, but I make an effort to connect with my audience by sharing personal accounts of my struggles with task completion distress. The greatest part is that I will offer advice on how to address task completion distress.
