Texans do no have to declare prior to actual voting which party they participate in. We also discuss the role of the governor, Greg Abbott, in the primaries, even though he is not on the ballot himself. Part 2: We talk with Bill Curry and Harold Meyerson. Bill Curry was a Connecticut state senator, comptroller and two time Democratic nominee for governor who served as Counselor to the President in the Clinton White House.
