Brene Brown says "imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together"

We are always preaching about progress not perfection. But sometimes the formula of social media with constant filtered and curated photos make it feel like there are so many out there leading perfect lives.

We wanted to inspire connection and practice our own vulnerability. Since we are usually hearing others discuss their struggles on the podcast, Katie and I thought it was long overdue for us to take our turn. We take a few minutes to discuss our struggles so that it is clear, we're all in this together.
