Lunch with the Clydesdale - Week 1 of the Open almost in the books

We use our lunch hour to hang out and talk about what is going on in the world and in our lives.  Today we talk about episode 2 of behind the scenes, we talk 25.2 announcement and my thoughts.  and we are headed to the weekend!

The Roundtable is about 4 friends hanging out and talking about life.  We love fitness, we love food, we love each other and we like to hang out with you. Today we talk about CrossFit Open workout 25.2, the Matchup between Emily Rolfe and Sydney Wells.. Plus whatever else comes up in conversation or the Chat.
