Raised to fit into his family's expectations, he studied Industrial Engineering and Economics, learning several languages in preparation for a diplomatic career. His path was largely influenced by his father, born in 1940, who has battled numerous health issues. In 2021, during a practical internship in Munich, Germany, for his Master's degree, he experienced a pivotal moment. The distance from his family allowed him, for the first time, to introspect and realize he had strayed far from his true essence. This realization led to eating disorders and severe depression. In this episode, I dive deep into a question I recently received: "How did you transform to show up for yourself consistently?" I share my journey from corporate life to entrepreneurship and the valuable lessons I learned along the way. Key takeaways: 1. Consistency doesn't mean doing the same thing every day.
