And let me tell you, I'm speaking from experience. I've had my own journey in taking up space and owning my power, and it's not always easy. But, guuurl, it's worth it.  See, everyone's voice has value, no matter who they are. And it takes hearing someone else's story to feel seen and heard -- that's why, to my mother's disdain 🤣, I often open up about my own traumas and experiences online.  So grab a cup of coffee (or wine, we won't judge), and get ready for some laughs and real talk!

Today I want to share with you my diary entry on singleness and feeling unseen. I know many of us can relate to these feelings, especially during the month of Valentine's Day. But let me tell you, I've come a long way from feeling down and out about being single.   In this video/podcast, I'm going to take you through my journey of discovering the confidence and joy in being alone.
