Claudia Hollingsworth had 19th birthday celebrations to remember, winning the 800m in an Olympic Qualifier of 1:58.40, ahead of Abbey Caldwell, Bendere Oboya and Catriona Bisset. Luke Boyes held off a fast-finishing Peter Bol to win the 800m title in 1:44.73, narrowly missing the Olympic Qualifier time, with Payton Craig taking third place. Rose Davies broke away to win the 5000m title in 15:21.62 ahead of Lauren Ryan and Maudie Skyring, while Matt Ramsden slipped in the inside to win the 5000m title in 13:39.61, ahead of Morgan McDonald and Jackson Sharp.
