In the morning you have to be aware that that's not you stretching, that's not you sleepy, groggy, not wanting to get out of bed. It's just an image, just an appearance. Your goal is to continue to be what you are,  even when the weight of that body, the presence of that body, the experience of that body, and its mind, is (t)here.
