The "Fittest Games Show on Earth" is BACK! This week, John Young attempts to defend his title from the previous show against owner of CrossFit Fairfield, Keith Knapp and the ORIGINAL stats supreme being known at Chad Schroeder. These three contestants will be battle it out for supreme CrossFit knowledge and dominance across 5 'varied' categories. So get your thinking caps on, turn your phones off, put your L1 manual away and get a pen and paper out, it's time to play... CrossFit Jeopardy!

It's finally here... the end of the GWTP qualifying stage to determine the FINAL Strength of Field for Semifinals and what semifinals are getting the extra CrossFit Games qualifying spots.

We have reached the end of the first submission window for the 2024 Individual Quarterfinals.  We take a look at the new GWTP Strength of Field as it stands with the Open and half of the Individual events submitted to see what is on the line for the final change for semifinals to earn extra CrossFit Games Qualifying spots. We then look at "Who's in? Who's out?" for the Top 40 in each of the 7 semifinal regions for both men and women. Finally we review what events are left to complete and make predictions on what athletes and regions are best suited to make a move.

The 2024 CrossFit Quarterfinals Individual Events are here! We sit down and break down all the events and how we believe each Semifinal Region will perform on them to see try and predict what changes we may see during each submission stage of Quarterfinals.

The Open is over and now it's time for Quarterfinals but even MORE exciting for the GWTP Strength of Field System... TEAM Quarterfinals are also over. Chase and Bill recap the current GWTP Strength of Field after the 2024 Open and 2024 Team Quarterfinals heading into Indi Quarterfinals. After that we take a look at the current Top 40 athletes of "Who's in? Who's out?" for each Semifinals as it stands after the 2024 CrossFit Open.

We have seen the team programming. We have shown you what the programming COULD have looked like from years past. Chase and Bill FINALLY give their predictions for the 2024 Individual CrossFit Quarterfinals.

Small Team? No problem. We figured it out! The feedback from our GWTP Strength of Field system, though MUCH more accurate, engaging and flat out better, it would be very difficult to manager the quality of scores during The Open.  Fear not, difficulty does not dissuade us and Chase has found a solution to not only make the GWTP Strength of Field system a reality but it's even more simpler than you would imagine. Team Quarterfinals are wrapping up and Individual Quarterfinals are just around the corner.  With 25% of the athletes from the Open advancing to this years Quarterfinals we have been told that the programming will be adjusted from years past along with there only being 4 total events. Chase and Bill take these parameters and reprogram all past Quarterfinals events to show what the programming could potentially look like for 2024.

The Team events have been released! Chase reviews the team events of years past and how they compare to this years programming. John Young joins the show and Chase tries to walk him back from the ledge about this initial reaction to the programming.
