Why it's so important and why it's completely ok to be in a place of learning how to become a practitioner - and not necessarily leading anyone right now. Leadership comes in phases. In order to become the best leader possible, you've got to learn each phase and how it applies to you. Most importantly, you must become proficient at what you desire to lead. There are no theories alone, in business that have any success. Contextual, converted, tried and true theories only. Not ones you think will work, and definitely not ones from someone else that you just choose to copy and create duplicated material from. First lesson in leadership...DO THE WORK.
