It can be tough to wind down after a long day, but taking a few minutes to reflect and let go of any stress can make a huge difference in the quality of our sleep. This meditation practice encourages us to be kind to ourselves and observe our experiences without judgment. We practice being the witness. Doing this can ease our minds and achieve a sense of calm, leading to a good night's rest.
