He has been named as an associate to the bookie in the gambling and theft case of Shohei Ohtani, the LA Dodger, and his interpreter, Ippei Mizuhara, who has been accused of stealing more than $16 million from Ohtani and wiring the money for his gambling to Ryan Boyajian.
